In addition to the high profile writing I have placed in national publications including daily newspapers, I have written articles for NGOs to give a scientific slant to their public engagement efforts.

Here is an article on how music and soundscape influence us.  It comes from SoundScape magazine, which is published by the Noise Abatement Society, a political campaigning organisation that bridges between acousticians, industry, lawmakers, and the general public. This work relates to my ongoing research interest in how sound and music influence our behaviour.Here is an article about music therapy for neurological disorders in Science and Society magazine, which is published by the European Federation of Neurological Associations (EFNA), a patient advocacy group for neurological disorders such as Parkinsons and Multiple Sclerosis.  This relates to my ongoing research interest in measuring movement in movement disorders such as MS, as well as relating to my long-standing research interest in music.
