Case Study 1: Research

Heathrow commissioned me to write a report on the relationship between music and its effects on mood and behaviour in everyday life — with a particular emphasis on travel.  This research related to the new partnership between Heathrow and the London Philiharmonic Orchestra; the orchestra was to spend part of the year playing live in the airport’s Departures Lounges for passengers.  The report attracted a fair amount of media attention; here is one such radio interview:
