Engagement
My work on engagement is both applied and commercial, as well as cutting edge research. The radio interview above is from the BBC Radio 4 Documentary “The Digital Human”, in which I discuss why engagement depends on different sensory modalities, and also on imagination.
I measure engagement by triangulating a mixture of biosensors, motion capture/behaviour, and subjective measures.
